Owner and Head Professor of Mudita Jiu Jitsu

Brandon Diaz

Brandon Diaz began his Jiu Jitsu journey at the age of fifteen. His dream of opening his own gym came with the intention of creating a community. He chose the name “Mudita” because it means, “ the pleasure of finding joy in the happiness and success of others” a term that is our foundation here at Mudita Jiu Jitsu. Brandon believes that Jiu Jitsu goes far beyond technique and grappling, that it is equally as psychological as it is physical. He says that the beauty of Jiu Jitsu is the reward of confidence, self-defense and structure. Brandon strives to facilitate a space where every individual can advance into the best version of themselves.
